Lately

                                                                               (All iphone pictures)

I haven't done a lately post in a while! It is actually one of my favourite posts to do and i should really do it more. Life has been going so fast! My husband is working away more and more and i am trying to get myself into a routine with the girls, work and the school run so those days don't feel so bad.

- We have realised that we are going to be in our house for a long time to come and over the weekend i just gutted the whole house. I filled about 20 black sacks up of rubbish and things we don't need, simplified parts of the house and wrote down a million and one ideas that i want to do to freshen up the house. It got to the point a few weeks back where the house really overwhelmed me as we had so much stuff everywhere and i struggled to keep on top of all the cleaning and tidying. It now looks so lovely and i am going to freshen each room up over the next few weeks. It is amazing what a huge clear out can do to the soul! I feel so much calmer and feel like i want to stay in the house all the time now!

-I have been struggling a little bit more with my anxiety recently. For no reason at all really but it has just been getting on top of me even though i am trying to stay as positive as i can. I have also been getting awful stomach cramps after eating and sickness ad dizziness. I have a doctors appointment this week to try and get to the bottom of it all. I think the stomach cramps must be related to my anxiety flaring up but my mum has a gluten intolerance and is being tested for celiac disease at the moment so we shall see what they say at my appointment. I just want my energy levels to increase during the day. I feel so tired all the time and struggle to keep myself going!

In general i am just enjoying sorting out the house, working on my blog and photography and just taking each day as it comes. I have so many exciting things coming up this month including a few press days and a few meet ups. This month is going to be amazing and i am so glad i started it with a freshly clean house!

  2. I am in need of doing the same exact thing...a fresh start always feels so nice. I don't mean to intrude into your personal health issues, but is it possible you have Lyme? The symptoms you describe sound very familiar to me (I have it and it took 2.5 years to diagnose). Do you have a history of a tick bite? Just something to look into. You can check out the Lyme info on my blog if you'd like to learn a bit more. I hope you feel better. Sending love!

  5. I love your iPhone photo posts Kerri-Ann. It sounds really similar to what happened to me last year? Have you changed much from your diet since you started exercising? I started getting bad cramps and sickness and I had it on and off all year- they never got to the cause of it but I half wonder if I over did things in terms of exercise. Fingers crossed you feel better soon. x
