Smiles and squishy faces.
The love that these two have for each other is something i will forever be grateful for. Yes, they fight but for most of the time, Mimi will just follow Elle where ever she goes and Elle is so protective over her sister. They completely adore each other. I am so excited to see how this sister bond grows over the years. My sister and i are best friends and i hope that these two will be the best of friends when they are adults too.
I am not that great at inside portraits and prefer to do photographs outside where i am in my comfort zone but i decided this month to push myself and try and get a few of them inside, as i know the next 6 months or so are going to be warmer, so they will more than likely be outside shots. It was hard to pick a favourite out of the ones i took and i am going to share all of my other favourites in a separate post during the week. You will see a pattern in the photos i share where Elle is taking the role of big sister very seriously.
"Siblings" is a monthly link up where myself and 9 other bloggers all share a photo of their children and then we each send you off to look at another blog. You can then go around in a circle, viewing all of the wonderful photographs and then why not link up yourself if you are children. Today, i am sending you to Lucy over at Dear Beautiful. Lucy's blog is one of my absolute favourites and she was the one that asked me to be apart of this amazing project. You will not be disappointed when visiting her blog.
Oh that's gorgeous, such a lovely portrait of your beautiful girls. Squishy hugs are just so sweet - my Kitty loves to give big hugs but I'm not sure how keen her sister is about that plan!
