Glitter pasta bow garlands

Christmas is nearly upon us, and i have been wanting to do a few diy's to decorate the house with. A while ago, i came across an idea of decorating pasta shapes for children to stick and decorate with. I wanted to make up a little garland with the pasta bows and thought i would do a quick tutorial on how to do this. It is so so simple! Enjoy.

1. Pick out some glitter and paint that you would like to use for the bows. I picked out a gold glitter glue paint and then just used gold glitter to sprinkle on top when the glitter glue was still wet.
2. Paint the bows as you wish and sprinkle with the glitter. Leave them to dry for a few hours.
3. I then got some gold thread and just tied the pasta bows along the thread to create the garland. Really easy!

Mia helped me and she painted her own and covered her bows (and herself) in gold and green glitter. She loved it and couldn't believe her luck when i told her she could finally get out the glitters and play with them. I am going to string up a few of these for around the house and make a few longer ones to wrap around the Christmas tree. We are still in the process of doing up Mia's room, but when it is finished, i will be adding her glitter bows up for her above her bed.

  2. I think rooibos tea is a useful tea and it has many flavors and they're very helpful. I use regularly to clean my ear and it's fine.
