On the swings

The weather is so beautiful! We are having such lovely adventures and spending all of our days outside. Last year, we had a sitting wall all around the edge of our garden and Gilles has worked so hard in knocking all of this down and adding grass seed and planting bushes and flowers. It is starting to look wonderful. Argos contacted me about reviewing this swing set and i just had to jump at the chance. It is perfect for the girls and they just love spending time in the garden, playing together.

The swing set arrived last week and took my husband only twenty minutes to put together on his own. It came with simple instructions and was very easy to do. When the swing set was up, the girls played for two hours straight! Mia now wakes up and the first thing she says is "garden, swing set!" The girls completely love it and it has been great to spend afternoons in the garden together and the girls not get bored, like they did before.

Argos have such a great range of outdoor toys right now and at such affordable prices! For a family of four, the quality that you get for the price at Argos is definitely a plus and we always look there for items that we are after.

(We received the swing set for free from Argos for the purpose of this review. All opinions are my own)

  1. Wow, how fab is this? I bet you could get an adjustable swing seat for Mia, that has a back & front bar, so she is safe. Then she can sit and swing next to Elle.
    Love the rope ladder too!

  3. This is great.I still have fond memories of swinging on mine for hours and we were all over the moon to inherit a swing set in our last house, which we then moved with us again. My daughter swings and swings and swings. It's maybe a bit like meditating.

  5. I'm pretty sure I'd never get my little guy indoors again if he had one of these. I still love a good swing even now as a grown up.
    Gorgeous photos as always. x
