Elle's favourite flower is gypsophila. Every time we go to the supermarket, Elle always goes straight to the flower section and strokes the gypsophila. Today, we went over to get a few bits and they had pink ones! I had a few spare pounds, so we got a bunch each. I put mine up on my wall in the flower wall hangings and Elle put hers in a jar by her bed.
Elle is the sweetest when it comes to flowers. She just loves them. She strokes them and talks to them and will keep going to check on them to make sure they are ok. I don't think there is really anything better than flower arranging and listening to Bon Iver on a sunny sunday morning!
Your girl and those flowers just go so well. Elle is such a sweet pie!!
ReplyDeleteOh, thank you sweet girl. She adores them x
DeleteThe flowers are so pretty, and your pictures turned out gorgeous. Hope you have a great day.

DeleteSuch a lovely post! So sweet that your daughter is enjoying the flowers:) When my daughter (now 22) was this age, I hung a few dried flowers above her bed. It looked like they were floating in air. :):)
ReplyDeleteThank you for your lovely comment. That seems like such a wonderful idea!!!!! x
DeleteGood choice Elle, I'm a big fan of gypsophila myself (although hydrangeas are my absolute favourite!) I've never seen pink gypsophila before though, it's so pretty. x
ReplyDeleteOh, i do like hydrangeas too. One of my favourites is Lilac and heather :) I haven't seen it pink before either! First time ever in morrisons too! x
DeleteOh my dear so beautiful. They are little miniature flowers for the dollshouse, don't you think? :) Such a sweet little story of Elle and her caring for the flower kingdom. Her little children. :). I do love these pretties, will have to keep my eyes open for them around town. My grandma is growing zinnia flowers right now and they are just getting ready to open. They are one of my favorites.
