Summer wish list

Now the weather is warming up, i am getting excited about all the wonderful outside days we can have as a family. The bluebells will be out in a week or two and every year we go to a wonderful little secluded woods out in the country. I am really looking forward to going this year. It will be the first year that Mia will be walking and i cannot wait to see her little face as she walks through the woods. 
We also go to three or four vintage steam ralleys during the summer also, the first being next weekend. We have done these steam ralleys for years and years and its so much fun to go and they always have an old fair ground. To some people, these might seem quite dull days out but it is something that means a lot to me. I thrive on creating memories and keeping traditions. I am so excited about documenting our summer days here on the blog and just making memories with my family.

I made a little wish list that i would like to do this spring/summer.

Steam ralleys
Bbqs by lake
Setting off wishing balloons
Kite flying
Bluebell wood picnic
Family photos plus lots of me and my boy
Taking a walk along the river by Stevington windmill
Strawberry picking
An afternoon at the bell pool
Bike rides
Evening walks around the lake
Car boots

There are so many things i want to do. I just sometimes wish that our hotter weather lasted longer than just a few months before it starts to cool off and become artic again! Do any of you have any family day out traditions that you do every year? I am just excited to make these traditions for the girls and for them to grow up and hopefully want to do the same with their children.
