There hasn't been a sunset in over a week. The world seems on the cusp of the season change and the fleeting summer evenings are far and few. I haven't felt myself over the last few days. A combination of working myself too hard on some creative projects and not being able to sleep until the early hours due to the nerves of these projects! I decided to embrace the evening sun and walk over to the meadow by my house. The whole meadow is a hue of pink from the willowherb and as the light faded, the pink turned to gold and it looked like there were fireflies everywhere. It was just what I needed and I started to feel myself coming back. Mother nature knew what I needed and gifted me with a truly magical evening!
