I have found a new favourite shop on Etsy that sells the sweetest woodland animal felt brooches. Just look at how sweet these are! I am going to be treating myself to one of the deer ones this week to wear on my winter coat!

I have become a little obsessed with blankets recently and bought the beautiful autumn leaves blanket from the future kept. I cannot wait for it to arrive and to snuggle down in the evenings under it with my knitting and the fire on. I will also use it when i go on adventures to the woods to snuggle under when i am reading my books!
I have been thinking about different flooring for Mia's room. She currently has a pine lamenate but i would love her to have more of a white washed floor and love the selection at wood n beyond. I think i shall always be tinkering around with her room.
The slow cooker has been on so much already in the last few weeks and i am itching to do some baking. I am a big lover of baking fruit pies but i always love to leave it to this time of the year to bake them. This rhubarb pie is right at the top of my list!
I also really want to try this cake. I want to make it for christmas but will be doing a few practice runs. I think it is super sweet and will be amazing as a great centre piece!
