We haven't really had an adventure in the last two weeks. I have been quite poorly and we have just managed little trips here and there. Two weeks ago, i was diagnosed with severe anemia and i am working on getting myself better. I have been extremely tired but i am being positive and hoping in the next few weeks to gain more strength. We had a lovely easter walk in the bluebell woods but i didn't take my camera, i just snapped a few on my phone. I am hoping to take the girls in the next week back to the woods to explore and paddle in the stream that runs through it. We have a long list of adventures that we are wanting to do this summer such as mayday celebrating at the orchard, strawberry picking and picnics in the wild flower meadows. We are still working slowly on our fairy house and i am hoping to make a teepee out of some beautiful vintage fabric i found at a charity shop a month or so back. Elle has just started back at school from the easter holidays and we are planning after school picnics at the pond and woods and drive outs to the countryside also to watch the sun go down. BBQ's at the lake with a little bit of paddling and we are also hoping to find a shallow creek that the girls can play with some paper boats and walnut shell boats. It is going to be a very busy summer but we are looking forward to it and, i hope by then, to be a lot more energised.
"let's have an adventure" is a link up where you can share your latest adventures with everyone. Hannah and i have decided to make the link up monthly instead of bi-monthly due to other commitments. The link up will go live on the 26th of each month. We would love to have you join us and help us create this wonderful community of fellow adventurer's!!!!
This month, we have the lovely Bec from Rollercoaster mum co-hosting with us. She has two sweet girls and is sharing her own adventure over on her blog so make sure you visit and say hello :)

Soo many beautiful pictures and so many lovely adventures planned - I am quite jealous! I love the paper boats and the bubbles and the two of them kissing - so sweet. I hope you feel better soon - have you tried Floradix - it's a liquid iron and herbal supplement that you can get in health food shops. I took it when I was pregnant as I was slightly anaemic in both pregnancies so it's really safe (tastes horrid though!) Thank you so much for letting me co-host this month - very happy :) Hope you have a lovely weekend. xx
