Let's decorate a lonely tree

Day 3. Let's decorate a lonely tree.

The girls had a little letter in their 3rd advent stocking today that said we were going to find a lonely tree and decorate it with Christmas decorations. Elle had school, so i packed up a basket with tinsel and baubles and took it up to school for when Elle finished. We then went over to the meadows and woods by Elle's school and found this wonderful tree in the corner on the meadow. It was just a perfect tree and we all agreed. We made it look very Christmassy indeed. The girls had a little play, chasing each other with the tinsel and then we packed up all the decorations and headed to the shop for some treats. It was lovely and an activity the girls will be having in their activity advent calender every year!

p.s Don't forget about the Argos voucher giveaway i have running this week!
