Christmas crowns











Day 8. Let's make a Christmas crown.

Today, the girls and i made little Christmas crowns and i love them! I made two bases for the girls using wire, twisted into a circle with foliage wrapped around the wire. I then gave Elle some tape and let her get on with hers. As you can see, it is quite extravagant but that's how she likes it! Mia was late for her nap and got tired and grumpy half way through, so i helped her a bit before giving in and putting her up for her nap. I do love her's though. She stuck the purple flower in place and picked the glitter bows she wanted. It is very simple but so pretty.

I did a little rearranging with the garlands, and hung this one up on the wall. It is normally in the fireplace, but i swapped them around and i love the crowns and this one on the wall. It feels much more like Christmas. I am hoping to do some photographs of the girls wearing their crowns during the week.
