random facts

I am very messy but when things get messy, it then makes me anxious and grumpy. I have a constant battle with myself to keep the house in order.

I have to be in the right mood to read a book or watch a movie. I get myself lost completely in the story and find it hard to switch off once the movie or book is finished.

I am easily influenced and have to carry a notebook with me to jot down all these things that just pop into my head at any given time.

I have two cats that are sisters. They were my mums cat's babies and we have known them since the day they were born. They are very much apart of this family. Their names are Tilly and Katy.

Even though it seems we do a lot during our days, there are still days where we just grab a duvet, sit on the sofa and watch movies. With Mia not sleeping all night still, i get very tired and sometimes just snuggling with the girls is all i want to do.

Cold weather makes me sad. I crave picnics and we love to go for walks everyday. I am so ready for the warmer weather right now. It seems like it has been cold forever!

I live in dresses, cardigans and tights. I put a pair of jeans on the other day for the first time in about 6 months and it felt so strange that i took them straight off again.

I am drawn to anything lacey and floral.

My perfect day would go something like this. A little lay in followed by a nice bath. Breakfast out with my family followed by a walk along the river and a bbq or picnic at the lake in the evening . I am happiest with the people closest to me and being by the water.

I am a very start and stop kind of person. I have all these things i start and then life gets in the way and i have to put things on the back burner. One day though, when the girls have flown the nest, i will be crafting all day, everyday.

I have only just started an everyday night skin regime and love how much better my skin is becoming. I have very sensitive skin which has outbreaks pretty easily, so i am happy now that my skin condition is improving. Its also nice to get into bed with tingling skin.
